All Jantek windows are custom sized per your home’s requirements. Most standard window styles can be manufactured and installed in under 4 weeks. Shaped windows, Bays and Bows take longer.
How many days does it take to install replacement windows?
Most jobs take only one day to complete.
Do you have different levels of pricing for your windows?
Yes and No. The cost will vary depending on the options you choose. Examples include , Double or Triple pane, Grids or No Grids, White or Color. However, Jantek does not subscribe to the “Good, Better, Best” sales strategy that most window sellers use. We keep our prices lower by limiting our manufacturing to using only top tier material and energy saving manufacturing methods.
Why are other companies so much more expensive than Jantek?
Other companies are often franchise operations that order your windows from a large, centralized manufacturer. They then add their markup fee and shipping costs. Because we manufacture our own windows, we can control our costs and offer factory-direct pricing.

Do you come out to measure the windows or door?
Yes. Once you return a signed contract and deposit we schedule a date for one of our installation experts to measure the windows you would like replaced. The quoted price will not change unless factors involving the window opening’s structural integrity are found. (e.g. wood rot)
After you remove my old windows, how long will my rooms be exposed to the outside elements?
Our installers remove the old window and set your new window in place. Most windows can be replaced in 30 minutes, so exposure to the elements is kept at a minimum.
Do you have a minimum quantity of windows that you will install?
Our pricing is based upon the crew installing three or more windows on a project. If you need less than three, consider hiring a local handyman. Look for one that will accurately measure the openings, order the product only, and install them for you.
Do you protect my furniture and flooring etc.?
Our installers will use drop cloths and other protection as necessary to avoid any damage to your floors or furniture.
Are your installers employees of your company or are they sub-contractors?
All our installers are Jantek employees. This ensures that they have appropriate licenses, insurances, tools, equipment, and training to install your widows or patio door efficiently and effectively. Because Jantek is responsible for every aspect of the job, it eliminates excuses and finger pointing.
Will the installers remove their shoes if they need to come into my home?
No. Due to safety regulations, our installers are required to always wear appropriate footwear.
Will you dispose of the old windows? Clean up?
Jantek will dispose of your old windows for you. If you would like to keep them, please inform the team before installation begins. Our installers take precautions to minimize the mess and will clean up the debris from the installation.
What if I find a problem with my new windows?
At the end of the installation, you will be asked to accompany a member of the crew for a final inspection sign-off. Any questions or concerns you have should be addressed at that time. Your Jantek windows and installation are covered under the terms of the warranty. My house was built before 1978, do you have to test for lead?
Yes. By law, contractors are required to test for the presence of lead in the work area on homes built before 1978.

Do you do window repairs?

Do you warranty your products and installation?
Yes. Jantek windows and patio doors are warranted to be free from material defect and workmanship for a period of 55 years from the date of the installation. Installation workmanship performed exclusively by Jantek is covered for 2 years from the date of the original installation. Our warranty will be provided to you along with the quote.
What kind of door do you make?
