Experienced Window Installer
Direct Hire- No Subcontractors
Salary $20.60/hr + Weekly unit Incentive Bonus
Additional $1500.00 sign-on bonus

Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00pm
Occasional Overtime during week and on Saturdays
Occasional project assignments requiring out of state travel and overnight stays.
Works under the direction of a Grade 3 Installer on most jobs
Install replacement windows and patio doors manufactured by the company into the homes, apartment complexes, or businesses of our customers following the company’s installation instructions, quality, and customer service standards. Setting up and breaking down materials, tools, and equipment at the jobsite; the removal of existing windows; preparation/remediation of window openings for replacement windows and patio doors; Installation of replacement windows/patio doors and cleanup of the jobsite. Collect balance due upon completion of job.
MUST HAVE THESE SKILLS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION
- MINIMUM ONE YEAR experience working as a full time window and patio door installer with installation skills as listed below. Please do not apply without having this experience.
- Ensure the proper company provided materials and equipment are brought to the jobsite.
- Window replacement Jobsite set up.
- Exceptional tape measure reading skills in performing all installation tasks.
- Removal and disposal of existing windows in company provided dumpster.
- Rough opening evaluation, preparation, and remediation
- Installation of replacement windows in various rough opening types (Wood, Masonry, stucco, vinyl, or aluminum siding etc.)
- Window “finishing” interior/exterior wood trims
- Aluminum coil bending brake work skills required for aluminum capping, caulking and wood moldings.
- Jobsite cleanup
- Knowledge and practice of the company’s Jobsite safe work practices
- Responsible for care of company supplied equipment, vehicles, and tools.
- Must have Interpersonal skills to provide excellent communication with the customer and the company.
Pre-employment:
Valid Driver’s License (as condition of continued employment)

Compensation and benefits:
Hourly base salary plus opportunity to earn unit volume incentive bonus.
