Field Services Technician

Hours:  7:00 am – 4:00pm

Occasional Overtime during week and on Saturdays

Occasional project assignments requiring out of state travel/overnight stays

Assist in the Manufacturing, Installation and Servicing of replacement windows and patio doors manufactured by the company. Work in the Manufacturing plant, install and service windows and patio doors in the homes, apartment complexes or businesses of our Customers. Follow the company's Manufacturing and Installation instructions, quality and Customer Service standards. 

Required Skills:

  •   Demonstrated experience with basic carpentry techniques and use of tools (screw gun, nail gun, chop saw, caulk gun, saws-all)
  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure
  • Ability to quickly learn use of various manufacturing machines and equipment
  • Learn use of aluminum brake bending and cutting
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills for communication with Customers and taking instructions. 
  • Work outdoors in year-round weather conditions
  • Lift and transport windows and doors in factory and at Jobsite. 

Compensation:

  • Hourly base salary plus opportunity to earn unit volume incentive bonus.

Manufacturing Assembler Trainee

Full Time: Hours 7am to 3:30pm

Part Time Hours: 9am to 1:30pm

Occasional required overtime during week and on Saturdays.

Operate various machines and equipment in the factory fabrication and assembly of vinyl replacement windows and patio doors.  

Skills and Prior Work Experience:

Ability to read a tape measure 

Company will train entry level candidates, in operation of various manufacturing equipment in the performance of the following assembly operations following areas:

1.    Glass Cutting 

2.    Integrated Glass Unit Assembly

3.    Vinyl & Metal Extrusion Cutting

4.    Extrusion Foaming

5.    Extrusion processing

6.    Frame Fusion Welding

7.    Window glazing

8.    Window & Door Final Assembly and Packaging

9.    AccuBond Color Processing

10.Screening

Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions and Company Safety Policies.

Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day in performance of job duties

Ability to lift up to 50lbs. 

Pre-employment physical required
