Hours:  7:00 am – 4:00pm

Occasional Overtime during week and on Saturdays

Assist Grade II and III Installers with setting up and breaking down tools and equipment at the jobsite;  the removal of existing windows;  preparation/remediation of window openings for replacement windows and patio doors; Installation of replacement windows and patio doors.


  •   Demonstrated experience with basic carpentry techniques and use of tools (screw gun, nail gun, chop saw, caulk gun, saws-all)
  •  Excellent tape measure reading
  • Ability to quickly learn use of aluminum coil brake bending and cutting
  • Must have Interpersonal skills for taking instructions and learning from Grade III Installers and provide excellent communication with the Customer.
  • Ability to work outdoors in year round weather conditions
  • Ability to lift and transport windows and patio doors to openings


  • Hourly base salary plus opportunity to earn unit volume incentive bonus.

Hours:  9:00 am – 5:00pm Monday - Friday

The Sales Support Associate functions in a fast-paced, team oriented environment and works closely with all other internal departments in support of Factory Direct Sales and Operations. The primary responsibility of this position is to capture and manage sales leads from various marketing channels and utilize the Jantek's Customer Relationship Management System in an accurate and efficient manner to maintain a high level of communication with the consumer and within the company in order to convert leads to contracts. The Sales Support Associate must be a detail oriented self starter who can focus on harnessing the company's superior products, services and business processes to provide a positive consumer experience that supports closing contracts.


Responsibilities Include:

  •  Manage Consumer experience through Customer Resource Management System
    • Lead entry
    • Schedule appointments for Factory Direct Sales and Service
    • Follow-up communications with prospects and customers
    • Manage and satisfy Consumer/Customer information requests
    • Organize/administrate management reports
  • Monitor inbound showroom visitors, and sales telephone lines
  • Learn and maintain a thorough knowledge of company products 

Skills Required:

  • College Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications preferred, but will consider in depth experience in Customer Service and Sales 
  • Experience in Customer Service and/or Sales
  • Experience in use of, and business application of, Social Media
  • "Self Starter" attitude with team player common sense
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal and written communications skills
  • Proficient in use of MS-Excell, MS-Word and Power Point
  • Previous experience in use of a CRM system helpful 
  • Strong time management and task organization skills
  • Understanding of business mathmatics and analytical skills

Manufacturing Assembler Trainee

Full Time: Hours 7am to 3:30pm

Part Time Hours: 9am to 1:30pm

Occasional required overtime during week and on Saturdays.

Operate various machines and equipment in the factory fabrication and assembly of vinyl replacement windows and patio doors.  

Skills and Prior Work Experience:

Ability to read a tape measure 

Company will train entry level candidates, in operation of various manufacturing equipment in the performance of the following assembly operations following areas:

1.    Glass Cutting 

2.    Integrated Glass Unit Assembly

3.    Vinyl & Metal Extrusion Cutting

4.    Extrusion Foaming

5.    Extrusion processing

6.    Frame Fusion Welding

7.    Window glazing

8.    Window & Door Final Assembly and Packaging

9.    AccuBond Color Processing


Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions and Company Safety Policies.

Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day in performance of job duties

Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
